Description I'm pretty proud of this one. I really like the luminosity of the water.

The luminosity of the waves make it looks so magical.  Maybe some contrast in the water further away. IDK, what can I say, I'm no expert .

I REALLY love the colours in the water--I can never get a good effect like that without overdoing it.

...Any tips?

I guess i just started with a sketch and then i used a pressure sensitive opacity brush to paint the glows in. After that I used a hard, smaller brush to paint the details in the water. I kinda just messed with color and experimented with overlaying color till i got the right effect.
