Description Good evening everyone! Here's a shot I took last spring in the woods of Porvoo, Finland. There's nothing much eyecatching in this shot. I just wanted to show you the life on the ground in a Finnish forest. There are many different kinds of small plants that don't really make a whole lot of "noise" about their existence down there, and I find it really exciting to explore them.

I envy Finland more and more every day. It seems like a beautiful place. I have rare chaparral and mediterranean stuff here, but I still really like big forests.

I love to lay in feilds and undergrowth and see life from under the ground cover, like treetops to an insect. This sums up that experiance very well, and moss is nice to lay in.

deffinetly, diversity is great, and easy to see on a small scale where in larger organisms this spectrum is hard to see in your feild of veiw

I like the way the shadowing on the top and bottom make it seem like it's at night without taking away from the image.

With the vignetting, it reminds me of scale model train landscapes! I love it! Pretty eye catching in it's entirety.
