Out of curiosity, how did you make your shoes? I've seen a tutorial that uses clown shoes (and a variety of other things), and I'm working on revamping mine.

And, well, my shoes were comissioned from beyondthereflection.com BUT
I know she took the base of a big tennis shoe and built the Sora shoe around that. I know that the bottom sole is made from actual shoe sole. (The zippers on them are from [link] )
You could either ask her for more details, or I know [link] Is a good tutorial.

I've never seen that tutorial before, thanks so much for linking me to that. I've seen a tutorial that uses a clown shoe for the skeleton of the shoe and made it look really nice, so I might combine the ideas from both tutorials. My shoes are just cloth and an old tennis shoe as a base, with velcro to attach, so I really appreciate the links and such.

That sounds like a good idea! My girlfriend and I were thinking of doing the same thing before the owner of that website spoke up and said she'd made Sora shoes before and said she'd make them for me.

Also, I gotta say, I can't get over how great you look as Sora. Seriously, it's perfect. Every time I look at one of the pictures, I'm stunned. (not too mention all of your other cosplays are just as amazing)
