One of my favorite conflicts in Star Wars, with sadly very little in the way of visual depictions. Seeing Imperials vs Separatist remnants is super cool. The transitional period between GAR gear to Imperial equipment is really interesting, and I think it's totally believable that some parts of the campaign would've had mishmashes of different units utilizing clone and stormtrooper paraphernalia, and the hybrid gear from The Force Unleashed. And before you ask, no, the new equipment wasn't all issued at the same time - the 501st got the iconic Imp gear in 18 BBY (during the Naboo insugency), but some clone used Phase II gear as late as 17 BBY in the Shrouded Offensive.
