Still experimenting. I've fond if I don't add the detailed highlights it doesn't look like gel pen gone wrong. Which is good, because I always hated the gel pen look.Commission for ~Bottled-Rottweiler of their rottweiler fursona and her wolf mate. I didn't really know whether to include the wings or not, so I left them off. I also didn't include the necklace because whenever I try to add loose jewelry to animals with lots of fur it just looks off. Hope this is what you had in mind!

Is the gel pen look the one where everything looks sparkly, with kind of "dotted" highlights? That's always irked me. I don't see how grooming glittery fur could be dangerous. Nope.
The poses for this are very cute. I like how expressive their eyes are.

I am glad you like it ^^ I get a tad obsessive with design details. I don't want to accidentally mess it up or leave something off. Especially on a commission.

It somewhat annoys me when I pay someone cash - not points - to draw something for me and then they mess up the character's design. Especially because my characters tend to have very simple designs.
