I had these keys lying around for a long time and finally found some beads that fit with them.I don't know yet if I'll sell them as pendants or as earrings since there aren't any identical keys nor beads.

you could have the function as optional. have a set price including the 'finishing' and have your customer decide whether he/she wants a keychain/phonestrap/earring/pendant/.....
