I imagine that if wart was in the Super Mario Brothers movie they would have made him a Crime Boss, and maybe a big fat guy who looks vaguely like a frog, and he'd croak from time to time. And he's wear a green suit with a white shirt, and be of the species "Amphibo sapiens"
