it's been a long day for sonic and he decides to relax undera palm tree,why not? a hero work is very tiering

Beautiful, vibrant colours, nice highlight on the tree. Nice work on darkening the mountains so they look farther away.
From the angle you've drawn the grass or whatever it is, it doesn't look quite right. I feel like there should be a diagonal line somewhere indicating to me that it's on or slightly below the water. This is kind of just spreading across the water. Also I like the waterfall but it's coming out of nowhere.
Sonic looks very relaxed and you have beautiful lines.

I know, actually I realized when I was trying to draw a waterfall that I couldn't draw it because it was coming off the top of a mountain and that didn't make any sense... and yet the Generations screenshot I'm using to reference it is doing the same thing...

yea see thats what i mean i keep it as close to the game as i could and even the land which sonic laying one the line r just like that as funny as it looks lol but well i guess thats how it is
