I really wanted to do a crossover picture between OFF and Undertale.I was thinking about that somehow Chara went to OFF world and follows Batter and watches while he purify's the world. Batter is a little annoyed by it, though.

Yeah, I think Chara and Batter would get along well, since the Genocide Run pretty much mirrors Batter's quest in its own way... both are getting rid of monsters and ghosts, after all, and both aren't QUITE human....

He is character who the player controls at game OFF.
The game was pretty popular when it's english version came out and it's a pixel game too, so I guess that's the reason why there's so much crossover fanart of them
