si sir santos nag assign.they usually assign accdg to project like schools sama sama, hotel sama sama ganun pero ngayon since inconsistent ang students to get approved plans (since its hard nga to get plans asap but its a requirement for int3B so be ready for it) but meron nagppatransfer ng advisory maybe you can try that if in case you want to switch.
so there.. cge tell me what do you need. I have like tiles and mouldings and wood planks and fabric vinyl and lots of mosaics. : )

uhmm...i'll try my best to give you a professional comment. Though i'm not good, i'm no professional, and i always get a list of comments at the back of my plates but i hope you could get something worth reading for.
(And i hope you wonβt mind)
The furniture pieces were Victorian and very well rendered
I think your good in choosing the right furniture (the upholstered balloon back)
The interior as a whole looks American Victorian
And also the clattered lay-out looks Victorian, it pictures how socialized were the people at their time, unlike the baroque stick-to-the-wall furniture lay-out.
and the bad side(well there's always a bad side and there's no perfect design as what my professors always say)
the carpet shoud have, i guess, a pattern cause plain carpets are contemporary. But if you think this isnt a good idea(pattern, pattern, and another pattern) you could use wood parquet for floor.
shadowing and shading will give a good realistic effect. try to spot one source of light. For example an open window, then try to locate a spot wherein you think needs some shading.(you can use pencil then scrub using your thumb) then lighten the part that is hit by the sun light.
Focal Point. Its hard to define which of which in the picture is the focal point. Maybe you could use a technique called βemphasisβ seems like an old term. For example the wall is more saturated than the wall and vice versa.
But there are some rules regarding this. In traditional style, the wall, the ceiling and the floor are the first part that should be rendered in a saturated manner. The furniture pieces are the second part and the third part are the accessories. In contemporary the walls can be the 3rd part or the darkest. but in todayβs case everything is exceptional. So you may follow or you may not, its up to you)
Bear in mind that this is only my opinion so if you feel that you can achieve a suitable result using a different method, then do so. just enjoy and feel comfy with the drawing thing and everything will follow though i have read that you were forced to take up id i hope that sooner or later you'll manage to love and enjoy the world of designing. And its not really how well you draw but how you design and how you enjoy this crap, I mean craft.
so goodluck to both of us and i'm looking forward to see more of your works

Well, I think it's beautiful. Your rendering looks very realistic, and the Victorian atmosphere is just right. The softness of the watercolour complements it very well. I see quite a bit of very fine detailing - what size is the original work?
