Saying it does not exist could be connected to what I've said. It is like a substitute of a God, which we all seek, one way or the another. It's not true that "ordinary people" have small problems and that only the "big people", the "important people" have important worries and difficulties dealing with life directly face-to-face. Each man has his own world and his own problems, that are of the greatest importance to him. There is no difference. That's why maybe (?) also art seems to be a matter of individual fiction. You can't judge people by their taste - there is no such thing. You know what you like and you should leave the freedom for others to choose.
But, then again, that would be a liiiittle too optimistic explanation. Damn, I really should leave the question alone. It looks like it isn't to be answered lightly.
