It's a french term for little creature, bug like.This one was inspired by the paint platters on a table during my sculpting class.

I love the tongue, the teeth, and the shape of the lizard, but the thing that makes this piece for me is the little ladybug. It has this little emoticon "uh-oh" quality to it.
