Ahh finally i finished something XD!
okay changed it from lolita to dress =.=
next time ill be sure to stick with the lolita style more than start idea spitting.

I suggest you do research into the actual fashion movement. Taking a design from a brand, then doing all this stuff to it doesn't make it Lolita. The original dress was lolita, but once you change too many things it turns into something else.
