Description Silver the Hedgehog is a hedgehog from a post-apocalyptic alternate future in the year 3437 P.X.E., two hundred years away from the Mobius Prime's timeline. He has been taught how to control his powers by his master, Mammoth Mogul, and went back in time to Mobius Prime to seek out Sonic the Hedgehog, who he suspected betrayed the Knothole Freedom Fighters in his own timeline. Silver eventually found himself on Moebius and ended up part of a large battle between hedgehogs as he tried to identify Sonic among them. After witnessing Sonic's good nature and Rob O' the Hedge explaining that the evidence Silver had was circumstantial, Silver returned to his own timeline to do further investigation. Silver returned to Mobius thirty years later in the Mobius: X Years Later dimension just in time to save King Sonic and his family from being assassinated by a missile attack from Lien-Da. After feeling that timeline had averted disaster following the defeat of Tikhaos, he returned to his own universe to continue his efforts to uncover the traitor to the Freedom Fighters, where he would find a possible lead in "Boomer", which Silver thought was Rotor Walrus in disguise. After learning of his error about Rotor's past nickname and helping thwart a Dark Egg Legion chapter's hold on the Northern Tundra, he returned to his own time once again to consult with his master. Later, after sensing an arrival into his time, he went to investigate, only to come under attack by an unknown assailant, which he followed into its own time: a barren, wrecked city under the rule of an iron-fisted tyrant. Engaging the other-wordly Enerjak in a ferocious battle, Silver overcame the egotistical demigod with the help of Jani-Ca and was able to restore the hope of a better future to her devastated world. Returning to his time yet again, Silver resolved to learn even more to prepare for oncoming challenges as he realized worlds besides his own were counting on him.

Silver appeared for the first time on Mobius Prime over Never Lake in Mercia, to the surprised Rob O' the Hedge and his wife Mari-An. Silver first believed Rob to be Sonic due to their similar appearance, but when Rob explained he wasn't him, Silver told him he needed to find this Sonic as the future depended on it. (StH: #194)
With Rob as his guide, they used Silver's Super Warp Ring to transport the two to Freedom HQ together. Silver and Rob arrived to find Sally and Alicia arguing about stranding Sonic and Amy Rose on Moebius. After getting the gist of the situation from Sally, Silver admitted he knew of the place and wasted no time transporting himself and Rob to Moebius. Once there, the two hedgehogs met up with Sonic, Scourge, Amy, Rosy the Rascal, Metal Sonic and Shadow the Hedgehog. (StH: #195)

During the ensuing melee, Silver attempted to discover who among the group was Sonic, gingerly attempting to ask the individual combatants. Getting increasingly annoyed by everyone ignoring him, Silver halted everyone with his psychic powers and demanded Sonic's identity, to which both Sonic and Scourge replied "He is!" Deducing the truth from the blue Metal Sonic, Silver attacked Sonic, only for Rob to demand he stand down. Silver protested, explaining that in his future someone betrayed the Freedom Fighters and he figured only Sonic was likely enough to have the power to do that. But Rob argued otherwise, displaying Sonic's heroism and giving Silver reason for doubt. Scourge then jumped in and attacked both of them, taunting that Silver should use his powers to give himself "a less-stupid haircut". Shortly afterward, Sonic made a proposal to everyone to stop attacking each other and strictly finish off Scourge. In response, Scourge used the Anarchy Beryl in his throne to transform into Super Scourge. (StH: #195)

Silver tried to defeat Super Scourge but was temporarily knocked aside like all the others. Shortly afterwards when Super Scourge tried to defeat the Suppression Squad and Freedom Fighters after they came through the Star Posts from Mobius, Silver used his psychokinesis to grab and hold Scourge before he could injure the cowering Miles, but Super Scourge managed to break free. Silver tried this again on Sally's orders so the others could pile on top of Super Scourge long enough for him to lose his super form, but Silver's power failed him yet again and Scourge threw the others off of him. Scourge was eventually stopped thanks to the quick thinking of Sonic, as the Anarchy Beryl drained Scourge of his strength when he powered down. Following this, Silver walked back with the others to Dr. Kintobor's tower and told Sonic that he would do more research concerning the betrayal of the Freedom Fighters and return one day, then departed to his home time via Warp Ring. (StH: #196)

Silver kept his promise and found his way into the Mobius: X Years Later dimension, thirty years after his first encounter with Sonic. During the celebration for King Sonic and Queen Sally, the Dark Presence's leader, Lien-Da fired a missile at the royal family. Before the missile could destroy the king and queen along with their children, however, Silver arrived just in time and used his psychokinesis to destroy the missile and save them all, telling King Sonic that he returned to attempt to save his future once again. (SU: #5)
He later explained to them at Castle Mobius that he believed that now was the time when his future would be plunged into chaos, and says that the Dark Presence are likely connected to it, and Sonic says that he should be searching for King Shadow's former right-hand woman Lien-Da. Silver briefly came to fear that Sally might be the traitor after learning that she ordered the Freedom Fighters to disband, but did little to pursue this conclusion. He was later gassed by Misty-Re, a sleeper agent for the Dark Presence who was posing as a maid inside the castle. After Sonic gassed the maid, he told Sally to take the unconscious Silver and their kids to a safe room in the castle. With Silver still out cold, Sally did her best to carry out her husband's instructions and managed to get the children and Silver into the Panic Room, the latter being carried while draped across her shoulder. (SU: #6, #7)

Silver finally started to come around by the time King Shadow unleashed Tikhaos, (the result of Chaos and Tikal merging together during the Elemental War). Once King Sonic came to rescue his family from the ruins of Castle Mobius, Silver had nearly got back to full power and helped in the fight against Tikhaos, managing to save Belle and Jacques D'Coolette. After Sonia and Manik Acorn successfully struck Tikhaos' brain in an attempt to defeat it, Silver managed to catch them before they plummeted back down to the ground. With the battle over and the time-line saved for now, Silver inquired as to whether King Sonic remembered a traitor within the Freedom Fighters, and he said that he didn't but his trip through time had altered his memories a bit. Silver then pulled out a yellow Time Stone, and used Chronos Control to disappear in a bright light. (StH: #215, SU: #7, #8)

Returning to his own time, Silver went to Onyx Island, doing research in a library there with the permission of his acquaintance Edmund. Finding a record of the Freedom Fighters, he discovered that one of the original members was listed as "Boomer" Walrus, leading him to believe that Rotor Walrus had infiltrated the group and was impersonating Boomer. Silver briefly considered consulting his master, but decided to take action himself, confident enough in his abilities with the Time Stones to forgo the use of his Super Warp Ring. The Hedgehog then found himself conflicted, not wishing to kill an individual for a crime they hadn't even committed yet, but eventually convincing himself after looking around at the ruined civilization around him and remembering that the traitor was responsible for it. Traveling back in time, he attacked Rotor as the Walrus made his way to the Northern Tundra, easily overpowering his nanite battlesuit and accusing Rotor of being an impostor and traitor. They struggled, but Rotor later managed to persuade Silver to help him in his mission. Arriving at Iceborough in the middle of a battle, Silver thought to hold everyone with his psychokinesis, but Rotor directed him to the Psionic Emitter. Silver was then hooked up to the interface chair where he used his psychokinesis to permanently free the Walrus Herd of mind control while also causing serious damage to the local Dark Egg Legion chapter. Once convinced that Boomer was only Rotor's childhood nickname by his mother and Sonic, Silver returned to his time period quite embarassed and, after a brief dialogue with Guardian Edmund, reported his mission to his master, a slightly aged Mammoth Mogul. (StH: #215, #216)

One day, while being tutored by Mammoth Mogul, a strange visitor arrived having crossed through both time and another zone, and Silver went off to investigate. On Onyx Island Silver found himself being viciously attacked by the mysterious being, and was forced to defend himself before it retreated. Silver gave chase, unaware it was trying lead him into a trap and he was saved only through Edmund's timely intervention, enabling him to subdue it. While they were examining his attacker after he explained the situation, Silver attempted to get any useful information out of Edmund by describing what it had been capable of, but the inquiry proved fruitless. It eventually recovered and realtiated, whereupon Silver barely saved them both from being crushed with his psychic powers as it escaped through a strange portal that the young hedgehog kept from closing. Worried about the visitor's motives, Edmund suggested Silver enter the portal as well since he was the only one who could do anything about it, keeping the Time Stone with him so he could later return home. After traveling through the portal, Silver found himself in a dark and decrepit city with a towering statue of a being holding an island and the planet in his hands. Silver encountered his attacker once again, but before he could get any answers, he was joined by five others. Ambushed, the young hedgehog soon found himself fighting for his life when his attempt to rationally settle the situation first failed. (SU: #25)
As his attackers overwhelmed him, Silver used his telekinesis to shield himself with debris, but they quickly turned this strategy against him and pressed in on the barriers to crush the young time-traveler. Silver at first seemed to succumb to their efforts, but in a last act of desperation, unleashed a surge of psychic energy that forced them back. Silver then used this moment to try escaping, but was quickly struck down by the three flying beings, narrowly avoiding the others. As he tried to recover, Silver did not notice the flying beings moving in on him until they exploded above his head. Peering from his hiding place, he witnessed as his other attackers were easily destroyed by a group of combatants, leaving behind only glowing colored orbs. When a pair of his saviors brought him to their leader, Silver was relieved to see who he thought was Lara-Su, but was viciously threatened by her when he uttered her name. Once Silver was allowed to tell how he knew “Jani-Ca”, he realized this was a different version of Lara-Su, and explained who he was and his journey to Angel Island. After a moment’s consideration, Jani-Ca accepted his story and dragged him along with her group back to their base. While on the way, Silver listened to Jani-Ca with shock and disgust at how the Guardian before her had conquered this Mobius as Enerjak while destroying all forms of resistance but her rebels, turning his victims into Cores to make his Prelate warriors. Once at their underground hideout, Silver asked Jani-Ca why she believed him, and she described a prior time travel experience she had but had messed up and failed to help her present. Silver realized he could relate and attempted to sympathize with her before changing the to the subject of stopping Enerjak. Silver was at first dubious, but when the Freedom Fighters explained the Sword of Acorns’ magical properties and their plan, he agreed to it. While Silver tried to reason out Enerjak’s identity from Jani-Ca’s story, the demigod revealed his presence to the rebels, claiming he had always known their location as he destroyed their base. Ordering everyone to link hands with him, Silver then levitated his new allies out of the crumbling remains with his telekinesis, but was suddenly caught in Enerjak’s Chaos energy. As the tyrant claimed Silver’s arrival had made the rebels’ entertainment value moot, the hedgehog broke free of his hold and landed everyone to safety, demanding that Enerjak surrender. Instead, Enerjak summoned more Prelates to give them a “fair fight” and Jani-Ca told Silver to help the others as she fought one made from her mother’s Core. Not sure who to help first, Silver then remembered Edmund’s words to use his head and launched a large piece of debris at Enerjak himself. Hiding behind the debris, Silver waited for Enerjak to destroy it as a distraction and then grabbed him in his own psychic power. Elated at first, Silver was shocked as Enerjak dispeled his hold over him with ease and was knocked to the ground with Enerjak declaring Silver had arrived in time to watch him assert complete domination over the world. (SU: #26)

With every counterattack he attempted failed, Silver broke off his fight with Enerjak by launching away the buliding he was on in order to go rally the Freeddom Fighters. Immobilizng Prelate-JS, Silver apologized for interfering with Jani-Ca's fight while pointing out her team needed her, which she admitted he was right about. As they helped the others destroy the Prelates, Silver gathered their Cores in his aura to keep Enerjak from uisng them again. Once Silver collected all the Cores, they debated what to do with Dagger suggesting it was not worth restoring their owners. Silver became angry and heatedly pointed out how bad his world was but he did not give up, and that they should neither especially when they knew what was wrong and how to fix it. After Dagger backed down, Enerjak approached, appaluding them for their entertaining fight with Silver unaware that he was about to attack. Silver was knocked aside as Enerjak charged and took back the Cores, forcing him to retreat with the rebels. As the demigod pursued them, Silver tried to fight back but was embedded into the ground while Enerjak removed the cores of the others until just Jani-Ca was left. Silver broke free in a focussed rage and got Enerjak's full attention with another attack. Tellling Jani-ca to use the Sword once he was done, the young hedgehog flew at Enerjak with all his might, intending to finish the fight once and for all. (SU: #27)

Engaging the corrupted Guardian in the sky above, Silver's onslaught was fierce and he eventually threw Enerjak off the island, only to countered by being it from underneath with the island itself. He then found himself facing a horde of Prelates summoned by Enerjak and was quickly overwhelmed, but with Jani-Ca's help Silver was able to fight his way through them and reach Enerjak. Silver trapped him in his aura and dragged Enerjak across the island before hurling him into it far below, but then believed he went too far with his powers depsite his master's warning. As Enerjak countered in vengeance and struck the time traveler with his unstoppable Chaos energy, Silver recalled his teachers' lessons and realized he could not beat Enerjak with his own power, but could use it to outsmart him and turn his attacks back against him. This new strategy was very effective as Enerjak had no defense from each blow he sent at Silver that was returned to him. As Enerjak rushed at Silver to crush him, the hedgehog was saved by Jani-Ca when she stunned him with her Sword and drained his power into her. Thinking he had been tricked when she became her own version of Enerjak, Silver was relieved to see that Jani-Ca had still retained her old personality and promised to use this chance to heal her world. Silver then graciously turned down her offer to help his world as he still did not know how it got ruined and then departed home, wishing Jani-Ca luck and promisng to hold her to her word. After he reappered in front of a startled Edmund, Silver found the old Guardian still remembered him and asked if he had some time to teach him more the next day as his experience had taught him that other worlds might be depending on him too. Awesome drawing . Lol I don’t get why Silver can’t just plan his trips out and get factual information before accusing the freedom fighters of being traitor if he did that from the start he wouldn’t keep making the deep mistakes.
