Description Characters of some sort... gonna work on their names soon!

I like to doodle in pen a lot... these are some of the better ones ^^ I drew these two in October 5th and 7th but haven't had enough time to splice the two doodles together.

These two are the head Clarion-bearer and Concert Flutist of the Fairy Queen's orchestra They work for Rhiannon Aethahara, one of my OCs... also known as the Faye Queen. I like to doodle spare OCs in my free time. I should doodle my main OCs too XD

Their proportions are kind of warped... can't excuse that, except for the fact this was direct black ballpoint-pen on paper X_X no correcting mistakes when using this medium, ehhhh~ Will try to perfect it someday. Gah no references... those instruments are the fruits of artistic license.

More spontaneity to my gallery, yes?

i squee'd when i saw the flute



ahm anyway are there like gems or something on the headjoint? It looks really nice for no reference or eraser but I can't quite tell what's making it bulge (unless it's those weird headjoints shaped like that).
And the valves on the trumpets are a little thin at the bottom but other than that everything looks really cool I especially love the flutist's hair.

Haha! I do love flutes I used to play the flute... still kinda do, not so good though

Yup, you got it those are jewels encrusted within the hood that the Clarion-bearer is wearing The flutist is also wearing strings of pearls and other little jewel bits

I bet they are indeed very thin, I will learn some trumpet anatomy one day

They're adorable! I like the one at the bottom, because you did something to make the hair stand out. I think you darkened the lines, yeah that'd be it. Good job.

Ahaha, I'm kind of section leader for orchestra, though not concert master. It's hard to be a leader because whenever anything screws up, they blame you X_X But it's fun to help everybody

Yeahhhh, it's a funky trumpet XD Clarion, I think... anyways I was drawing it and I'm like "This looks like a Clarion. I've never seen a clarion. OH WELLZ LOLZ" etc

Pen doodling starts in an agenda and can move out... in fact these are my first pen doodles on regular paper.
