Main street in Sombor, Serbia.The clock didn't move since they put it there.
(at least 6 months)
Seems like they forgot to put batteries or to turn it on.

Wow, interesting effect. How did you pull that off? Regardless, this is a very cool photo. The location itself is gorgeous and I love the fitting overtones.

Well...
I worked on it for at least couple of hours.
I just couldn't get what I wanted.
Then I twisted the clock and found that it's quite better that way.
(elliptical marquee tool around the clock, refine edge;
filters -> disort -> twirl and the rest is Nik Software's Silver Efex & Color Efex
