Description
This is a sketch that I did in my 5.5"x8.5" book. I used straight ballpoint pen and colored with Prisma pencils (no preliminary pencil drawing). No references were used.

I came up with this idea as I went along. At first I was going to do branch/tree antlers, but wanted the deer to be more creepy to go along with the skull. I think pen/ink is great for detailing more horror-esque works. One of my favorite sketches to date... I might explore this concept further.
