i'm sorry but i was laughing at this
his head looks like a pentagon
and his eyes look a little too big on his face
his neck looks too wide and fat
and to be honest
not a lot of people like the anime style of hetalia

If you use blending stumps it makes shading pretty easy=^-^=........I forgot to shade the hair under his ear

Yeah, just lightly shade with a pencil then use the blending stump to make it as light or dark as you need.

Oh, well this was a screenshot that I drew so the shadows were already there. You could watch the show and just observe where the shadows fall on the characters from different angles.
