Sadly, it means less now that Jugs has been depowered.. But it's still a great feat!

Yeah, man. As far as I know, he was depowered. I only keep up so much (like, rarely).
He was in bad graces with Cyttorak for joining a branch of the X-Men for awhile. So he was strong/forward-momentum-powerful, but not a Deus ex Machina anymore.
Emperor Hulk the Skullfucker (which is what we're calling Gladiator Hulk/King Hulk) took him out ridiculously quickly.

I agree. I'm not a fan of Jugs neither, he has never impressed me. My fav X-Men villain (and overall fav fictional character) can be seen in my avatar
