Loved this game! R.I.P. Mini-Chainsaw, you will be missed.
I have to start playing the other 2D RPGs; so many to choose from^^I was ready to give up on this picture but I think it came out nicely.

If you want to I can tell you of other good 2D RPG gems out there, and yes... Mad Father was indeed a true Masterpiece... <3 My only regret is that Aya should've gotten all of her belongings out of the house somehow, even if some were bad "memories", they are still precious to her, especially the photo of her Mom in her room, seriously...

Yeah, she really should have tried to get at least some small things since she had "A box full of memories" in her room. Especially since she was too young to be throwing a her past away like that.
Feel free to recommend some! I have a handful downloaded already but I've only played Mad Father. My cousin recommended The Sandman and Corpse Party so after those I'll need to know what to go for next

And alright, be warned that some of these, like Misao, are NOT for ones that scare easily due to their scare-rating so you have been warned... XD First i'll recommend a good classic (don't be fooled by the flaws it has, such as able to walk in areas where you shouldn't be able to and such, it is still a VERY good story, really ^^ ) that is "Demon Legacy" : rpgmaker.net/games/703/ Next is a VERY personal favorite of mine that is "The Longing Ribbon" (I love the quotes from books in it as all of the quotes from the books are all from RL *Real Life* books themselves, no lie

I've downloaded them all now, can't wait until I get to play them. I already had Misao and the Witch's House but not the rest. I'm not sure which Ao Oni I had before but I took the version 5 you gave me. I'll be sure to note you if I'm having any trouble(I hate running into spoilers when looking up walkthroughs lol).

You're very welcome, I especially hope you enjoy Demon's Legacy as much as I did. It shares a VERY classic FF-style RPG-battle system and as such, while it looks very uninteresting, do NOT let that fool you, it's MEANT to be like that since the early Final Fantasy's, such as FF I, II and III had such battle systems and yet they still rocked hard so yeah, don't be fooled by the simplicity at first glance, trust me, it's really awesome. Especially the Anti-Hero-ish character which i'm sure you'll notice right away with his dark aura... There's also some songs that are references to other titles as well, some of which should be very familiar, especially to those that still remember said titles, I won't spoil though so no worries.
