Gift Art Project #03
This is the third submission that is part of my massive Gift Art Project.

This one is for *Majime ~
When I first came to know of Dagger's art it was on y!g when she went by the name Majime. Her style was simply beautiful and so well executed, it wasn't hard to be an admirer. And with every post she made, I was more and more inspired to improve my own art and think up characters that would be as unique and creative as her's. I was even given the honor of doing a trade with her, god love the woman, because my art was horrific back then. XD So this is for you Dagger! Thank you for being an inspiration and for giving me the opprotunity to work with one of your beautiful creations~

The lines are just too cool. That smoke is very captivating.

I love your work it reminds me of ancient japanese ukyio-e prints, are you inspired by japanese folklore and legends by any chance?

Thank you!
I don't know much about the legends or folklore, save for a few different creatures here n' there, but I adore the art. Ukyio-e, Sumi-e, and the traditional wood cut prints, and the clothing, oh man the clothing.
