Description Splitting worms in the summer rain
I'm pretty sure that they can't feel pain
And a cut can make a brother
or a new best friend
But which end's the face?
And which end's the end?
I bought a comb and I
broke every tooth
in a switchblade fight
at a kissing booth
Empty affection
Or recaptured youth
The heist was a bust
'cause you can't hock the truth
And I never believed
in a death as seamless as it seemed
Just like a dream
to die so slow
screaming for hope
that an echo will hold
And I'm not quite as soft
as I'd like to be
And I don't really like
when you tickle me
Especially when your hair gets in my face
And I don't like to cuddle
but I like your bed
And I wouldn't draw back
even if you bled
And that's as clear as I could care to be.
