After working on this project on and off for 2 months, it is finally complete! I am not the fastest commissioner.

I am extremely happy with how the wand has turned out. This was a commission for *Tashu-Nyan .

I followed blind squirrel's guide here: [link] . I did not follow it exactly. I did not make the head interchangeable for one. I also realize there is supposed to be a wing connection at the back. I had prepared a wing connector, but when I went to attach it, it just did not look right so I ditched the idea of adding it on.

Materials Used:
Smooth-On Rebound 25 - For making the molds
Smooth-On 300 - For casting all the parts
7/8" poplar dowel rod
Spray Paint
Bondo for the "flares" that connect the tip and head to the staff
MDF for creating the master bird head and wings
3D printout for the tip from shapeways.com
