Why yes, I did reference an older drawing of mine. I also revisited an idea where I drew Raz's head splitting in half with blue liquid bursting out. I suppose that sketch is the early version of this. Sounds very weird, but I got the idea when I was listening to loud fast music with a headache.

N-E-way, the glitch effects on Raz's body were done primarily by hand. If you look at the background, you may notice a repeating trapezoid shape. A fun tidbit about that is one of the layers glitched when I was creating triangles for the background. I decided to keep it in because it fit.

Oh, and Raz is fine. We all know the real Raz doesn't bleed gatorade.
