Jason had been hounding me about doing a sequel since we finished the last one. I didn't want to pollute the beauty and complete feel of the first one so i always turned it down. I can't really get into reincarnation or things like that with the type of message The Cape left people with.
So one day i was talking to Jason and I mentioned that i would do a sequel if he found a story in the three days that Eric was missing during my series. Jason came back with a fucking monster of a story that fits perfectly in those three days and bookend events.
Now we have a sequel.
