CHANGES - Scuff to leg, missing tooth, more detail on his internal wires, elaboration on reason for entering and personality. (ignore the angory brian that's just a dumb joke---)
Name: Chorus Jone
Alias/Nickname: (is a teacher) Sir, Professor, Mr. Jone, (Mechs) Chor, (Amly) Chorley.
Species: Kirubian Human (normal people but they live to double the age, can use magic if taught and have better immune systems)
Age: 34
Height/Weight: 5'11" and 176lbs
Gender: Male
Reason for entering: Chorus hates a lot of people. People who are going to live a lot longer than him. But, due to his squeamish cowardly nature, will never do anything about it. He realised in a selfish fit that if he could outlive them then perhaps he could help mold their successors into fixing the world to how he sees fit...
Strengths:
-His leg is strong and allows him to give out lethal kicks
-Extremely dexterous, capable of using many different weapons and tools
-Capable of creating scrap tools from basically nothing
Abilities:
-He can let the machine side of him half shut down and stop acting as an artificial nervous system, however, during this state, though he can't feel physical pain, his emotional state is amplified making him more prone to panic attacks, outburts of anger, sadness or joy, overall sending him into a state of extreme mood switches that throw him in and out of focus, making it difficult for him to concentrate. (this also tolls a lot on the machine, building a lot of pressure very quickly)
-(with Mechs' help) Parts of his leg can rotate and shift. This redirects toxic steam to leak out of areas it typically wouldn't (said steam is boiling hot and the chemicals in it are both painful to the touch and dangerous to inhale)
Weaknesses:
-As he uses his leg (and all the wires that span inside him and wrap around his spine) a pressure builds up. When pressure gets too high it will shut down, rendering him extremely weakened, tired and makes it much harder for him to walk. He can override the shut down and continue but that can result in his leg blowing up-- so he doesn't do that. Instead he either allows it to shut down and he has to limp to a safe place to rest and allow the pressure to decrease or will stop before the pressure gets too high.
-He's naturally extremely short sighted, without his glasses he can see just beyond the length of his arm. So if you knock his glassses off he's a tad screwed--
-His hearing was also damaged along with his sense of touch in the incident with his leg. It is weakened to the point where he can't hear the footsteps of someone walking close by. He also can't hear high pitch noises at all.
-Though he might be able to kick something pretty hard with his machine leg Chorus is still just a teacher. He ain't gonna be able to hit anything very hard with his flimsy noodle arms.
-Chorus' leg is weak, a couple strong hits or a stab to a gas chamber and he's renderd near defenseless until it can be fixed.
-His leg is senitive to the cold as the steam inside could condesate, making him unnable to use his leg (the wires would continue to run so he'll still be emotionally stable and able to feel pain, just, not move his leg)
Personality: Chorus is a cold man. Bitter and unempathetic. Literally, he can't feel empathy. But that hasn't completely got him down, he's often very cocky and laidback. Though not necessarily kind, he is a good person to those he trusts, making sure they're alright and talking with them often.
To other people he's a tad hostile, basically an angry rude teacher, often correcting people on their word choice and silently criticizing them from across the room.He often maticulously anylises strangers, picking apart their every mannerism in his brain before approaching and subsiquently ridiculing them.
Other than that, he's basically just your stereotypical pessimistic English man. Hates everything and everyone and will very rarely look on the bright side, and the few times they do it's extremely specific and happens like once in a lifetime.
BUT THATS ON THE OUTSIDE-- On the inside Chorus is selfish and wants only for himself, he can't feel empathy so even the concept of hurting someone else or someone wanting what he wants is completely out of his reality. He's "passionate", willing to do anything for something if he really wants it. Friends of his have often expressed concern about his methods of testing and getting what he wants.
History:
He's a science professor in one of the key academy's of his world. Being a professor in this academy grants high status and all higherups must report any findings and have frequent meeting to the leader of their side. During one of these meetings something happened... No one's sure quite what, but everyone's sure that it was a freak accident. Chorus lost his left leg, thousands of nerves in the left side of his body were permanently damaged, he became extremely emotional, flipping from happy to violently angry on a dime, and he lost the ability to empathise with anyone, becoming rude and bitter. This switch in personality was too much for his wife and she left him behind. However, his childhood friend, a lad named "Mechs" stuck by his side, even to this day he puts up with all of Chorus' mishaps and outburts.

Likes: Working alone, learning, routine, hot drinks, rainy/cool weather and Mechs.
Dislikes: Loud or crowded environments, lack of control over a situation, losing/having to quit.
Other info:
-his leg is waterproof as it can't be removed
-due to its irremovable nature, Chorus can no longer swim. It's heavy.
-you can see a couple of the larger wires that coil around his spine under his skin if he were to take his shirt off, they are slightly painful to the touch.
-he's squeamish. INCREDIBLY SQUEAMISH.
-he talks in a sophisticated British accent
-his watch doubles as a hologram projector - he uses it to talk to Mechs~
-He gets crippling phantom pains, usually when he's trying to sleep or resting.
-The symbol he wears is the symbol of power, this symbol also doubles as the symbol of the Sci-Side, all higherups are required to have this symbol on them somewhere to keep them identifiable.
