History
Let’s see, I left home when I was 17 because… well I needed to ‘spread my wings’ so to say. When I was traveling, I came across the underworld of gambling and that helped me get some food and lounging. My old man always liked playing games of any sort, so I guess I picked up the habit from him.

After going through the round of that for a couple of years (don’t ask me how many times I had to take kids back to their parent(s) because of them either being under-aged or being my ‘prize’ Dx), I went to a local shine to get some of those good luck charms.

The shrine was really simple, but it had what shines don’t have any more…the presence of raw spirituality. Well, they were having their ‘training’ session, and they looked so cool and dedicated. I applied for a job there, but I was sent to another shrine. The head priest, an old Seviper, at that temple was not happy with my… little habits- ‘ey I like to drink and gamble a bit, so life was hell there for awhile. I stayed because I wanted to give some spite to the old fart, but when I was 23… I came into contact with a Shiny Stone. For some reason, it had an adverse effect on me and my health went ‘down the drain’.

Though I had to leave (the temple I trained at was the cleanest of places), I did have enough experience that I could be hired to either perform holy rites or get rid of problems in a violent way. Spending several more years, I tried to find anything that would help me, and came along a traveling cart run by a Mismagius. Talking with her for awhile she gave me a pipe, saying that if I use this I’ll be able to breathe (*I was kinda basing this on an inhaler actually ^_^).

After getting this ‘magical object’, I decided to go back to the first shine I went to when I was younger. When I got there…it was gone. The head priestess (a shiny Ninetails) there died 3 yrs earlier, and no one wanted to take responsibility for the old place. I cried for a bit and upset that all the people that went/worked/trained there didn’t do anything to help. So like any good person…. I raided the place. Taking mostly everything that was there, to ancient scrolls to the sacred dishes and finally the blessed liquor.

While slugging more riches across the land, I heard that a place called ‘Sky Village’ needed some priests- it didn’t matter if you had training or not. Therefore, I decided that I found a place where I can be of some help and from what I heard; they had some of the cleanest air possible and suggested that those with health problems should come live there. Damn, 2 pidgeys and 1 stone…my lucky day.

Personality
She’s happily lazy, only shows a competitive nature when playing games (i.e. gambling) and when fighting.

Complains when bored, and generally is loud. Takes her job seriously- it really doesn’t seem like it but she has a strong work ethic. Likes being around others, and usually forces others to get involved in the shines activities- whether they like it or not.

Overall a happy person, most likely to listen to anyone who needs an ear, and open-minded.

Likes
People, gambling, playing games, drinking with a group of people, friends, wind, stars, scenery, music, magic, training, practicing magic (still working on it), arts, kids, old people, people in general, stories, anything that is sacred, making up activities for the shrine, cleaning the shrine, walking, seeing everyone at an equal level (this includes gods), and random jobs. The sacred dishes.

Dislikes
‘Rude’ people, people that disrespect the shrine in any way, shape or form, being woken up from sleep for something ‘stupid’, false sacred objects, throwing away things that are still useful, breaking the sacred dishes, being used, talked down to, being attacked from behind, and cheaters. Breaking the sacred dishes.

Additional info
- Has a volume control problem, along with a long history of punching holes into wall.

- Her pipe is used as an air filter and her Hyotan Gourd Sake Bottle, is filled with (as you can guess) sake.

- Loves plants, but…well I guess you can say that you wouldn’t want her to babysit your plants.

- Her right eye was turn to the colour it is now by the Shiny Stone, along with her hair- her hair was always a bit orange but it was made more pronounce.

- She hides her wings most of time because when they are out they knock stuff over, but when she is drinking or fighting, they come out.

- Has a sense of humor, and laughs randomly for no reason

- 'Quotes' song lyrics- can't sing.

- Loves the arts, but can't paint to save her life- she likes doing though.

- the things on the same line as her 'jug', are just wooden sticks that have metal jutting out of them.

- She kinda spazzes with kids younger than her- they are just so damn cute.

- Doesn't like kids to gamble/drink because of the lasting effects (like they being sold because they lost a poker game and completely wasted during the whole ordeal), but.... if they insist, she will harass them when they get a hangover- so they remember the price of drinking.

In the upper left corner, she is slightly drunk. The thing in her hand is her staff. The outfit she is wearing, is what she is wearing underneath her robes.

Vinny belongs to ~SparkzofHope while Togekiss belongs to Nintendo.

Tools used: Pentel Twist-erase mechanical pencil (0.5), and Gimp (still learning how to use it)
