It's an ankylosaurus.
The movie is about a tyrannosaurus that raises a plant eater as his son, as he himself was raised by a plant eater but he ran away.
The movie is pretty interesting and I rather enjoyed it, it is in japanese though with subtitles.

The animation is pretty adorable and the art style in the movie is very nice to look at. Although most japanese animations are beautifully designed and animated.
