it controls every Kamen Rider Pirates units that where produced by Foundation X.This guy is actually an important member of Foundation X and he his the cause of the creation of the Cross Universe wich is revealed to be an alternative universe of the Build universe
As you can see it has the same piece as Oma Zi-O around his boy i really liked the Oma Zi-O suit so i decided to put this part on this guy

Whell i actually like the suit but the thing that bugs me is the ridewatch on his head i think it doesn't have it's place here but overall his suit is really cool but i still prefer Oma Zi-O x)
