Description
Thought I'd finish this up with a calligraphic mark and make it a series with the wolf and the tiger. You all know what my personal motto is by now, and I tried to fulfill it as always.College isn't as much of a pain as I thought it would be. I'll be able to make time for art; I won't stop drawing anytime soon

I think the tiger would inherently have a little more impact due to its species-- speaking in terms of how intimidating they are, there's really not much comparison between a 600-pound killing machine and a 12-pound ball of fluff
The backgrounds are a pleasant contrast for me-- while I normally stress accuracy and clarity with the subject of the drawing itself, the background allows me to explore more gestural, instinctual movements. Lets me get in touch with my inner caveman

that has got to be the most amazing thing I have ever seen on DA... it looks real, like someone took a picture and set it to black-and-white. everything on it just looks far too amazing to have been drawn by hand... dude you must be a proffesional O.O I wish I had more to say, but Im just kinda speechless right now...

Dude, my class just finished a charcoal unit. That stuff drives me crazy when it's used as a primary medium-- I've showered twice and there are still traces of it on my skin
