What style martial art do you practice? I learned Shotokan Karate and Hung Gar Gung Fu when I was younger and more physically fit. We used quite a few traditional weapons in those systems, too.

In my youth, I' ve practiced judo, and a lot of karate and aikido. For more than twelve years now, I' ve practice ju- jitsu, I stop this year.
This is aikikempo, a kenpo ( japanese translation of kung- fu ) with a huge influence of aikido to make all moves rounder. It' s less hurting for many people than fighting style used in kenpo, open to any size or strength.
We use all weapons, but in a modern way, closer to street fight.
In this picture, it's the last move before sheathing the katana in nĀ° 7 form of haidong gumdo ( corean sword technics ).
