How exactly are you supposed to walk like that, also what is so great about having the huge things in the way of everything. Plus there is no real way you can live in society like that. You'd be constantly crushed or weighed down by them. They just seem like a huge inconvenience. I don't know if it because I am a girl or whatever but it just seems really, really gross

Hm, alright. Well, as a girl myself, the correct way to term the 'things' are breasts. XD We're both girls here, we can say that with no awk.
First off, what you say is true on some levels. It would be hard to live with breasts as large as those but then again, in most countries in the world, it's not impossible. Actually, it's pretty common in European countries like Switzerland, Denmark and even the UK have sizes bigger than average and I think it would be an OK life with huge breast over there as a social thing.
Secondly, the whole weighting down and being crushed is kinda an over statement. To some women, yeah that would be an issue, especially if you had implants but to those who naturally are that big in the pectoral region, they're fine. Depending on how old they are, their backs are strong enough to handle the weight by now and if it is a problem, they can work out their spine and body which if they do it correctly, will make their breast have a more muscular strength than fat, leading to more of just a little above average huge breasts.
Saying that they're gross is really up to preference and pass experiences so I'm not going to touch that but to be fair, that would be a bit mygonistic since you are a female. That's putting a standard on what is accepted and OK which you wouldn't like on yourself if someone told you 'hey, go get some implants and a tan and strut around in a bunny suit.' It's basically the same thing. But again, we are all allowed to have preferences, we just need to know if it's that important to dismiss the traits we do not prefer.
But again, this is all your opinion. Oh and just a fun tidbit. Women with larger breasts are actually higher on the IQ scale than those with much smaller ones. XD I just wanted to throw that in there to be random.
