twitter.com/SpennyEcks - lnktr.ee/SpennyEcksEver since playing Sonic Mania (okay, even before then) I've been thinking of the prospect of Nintendo bringing the 2D Marios back to a 2D art style. Drawn or done in pixels, I think that'd be pretty cool! Spent a bit of my free time making a Mario. Wanted to try giving him an update from his SMW appearance.. Aint perfect yet, but It's something!

I think Nintendo should do an ultimate NEW Super Mario All-Star Classic Collection, containing all the classic collection back during the NES and SNES days.

Thanks man! Yeah, there's just something too "vanilla" about the NSMB games' visual style.
I absolutely agree. It was kind of lame that the Wii SMAS was just the SNES version. That would totally be cool to have something that can encompass all of the different versions of one game (NES, SNES, GBA) as well as a modern/remastered version.

I'll admit it looks nice, but it just looks very bland. And while it made sense for the DS, since it was the first new Mario platform in years, it got old real fast.
I'd love to picture that if they do so, they could add alot of content or reimagine of the games.
Like for SMW, they could add the intro from the GBA and (idk just nostalgia) perhaps a hub world of Dome City from the cartoon. Weird idea but hey, if you wanna bring back a classic it'll be cool to see brand new reimagine.
I also picture that there can be cutscenes and the gamed would tell more of the story (ala sonic manias style). And since if they would reimagine levels, wouldn't it be cool if they remake the original Mario Bros level with new themes? (I always picture that the levels could be revamp and show more excitement like DK tropical freeze level)
