The first thing I actually crocheted. I started learning last summer and only had a few balls of red and white as I made a granny square and took it apart OVER AND OVER again. Well, after I got bored of this I asked my mum to mail me some yarn (since I was stuck in texas no where land for may term econ classes)That's when I discovered Attic24, specifically her hexagons! [link] I was impatient to finish so I only made a baby blanket and there's several mistakes but over all, for my first ever crochet project I'm glad. I really wish I had had more than 2 colours to work with though >:\

thanks~ I love how simple granny squares are. It really takes all my effort to tear myself away from their comforting grasp and try something that I can't mindlessly do something else simultaneously during.
