The blue gives it a strange emotional impact, it's like shes tense and nervous, but optimistic. She looks like she is waiting for something - news that she believes is good but fears is bad.

Funny how i get all that from a photo isn't it?

i dig the blue coloring and the shadows as well... and it's an interesting way to crop it... so you don't see her eyes... really gives it a mysterious feeling
