Hello again! This was a commission for my dear friend Riley1754
This is also the first Pokêmon watercolour painting I make that isn't an Eeveelution xD
Tried a new technique with the background here, used a bit of salt and water for the effects, but it doesn't show that well.
Materials used: watercolour pencils, black colour pencil on watercolour paper.
