Description A drum that I drew on at a festival called earthdance. It was the largest recorded drum circle in history (some 4,600 peeps), led by the drummer of the Grateful Dead. I ate a quarter ounce of mush and saw the face of god in the rhythms. I drew it on my drum and it was perfect in every way. That night, it rained on my tent and on my drum, muddling the vision. I made attempts to salvage it, but it was never the same. But I still keep it over my bed, to remind myself that I once saw it.

What do you use to paint your drum head with?

Do you have any advice for someone trying to learn to build drums?

That must have been and absolutely awesome experience! Nearly five thousand people drumming? WOW! It['s a beautiful drum, and you were blessed with a vision.
