Would it be ok with you if I used this piece in my drawing 1 class? We are supposed to bring in images that we find stiking and expressive of ourselves to transfer into art work of some kind. We have not been told fully what we are going to do yet, but I know we will not be selling any of it, or making a profit in any way.
Just wanted to ask for permission before I proceded.

I love the pose and the way your muscles are presented. Great job. I'm currently working out to get my chest bigger, and to get stronger overall.
I have a question for you. How did you achieve this photo, I mean did you use a tripod and shoot yourself? Or did someone else help? I have trouble taking pictures of myself. I would like to take a pose liike this of myself, but having trouble setting up. Any advice or help would be appreciated.

Used a tripod and I photoshopped the background out... Ok I admitt I increased the contrast of the photo to get more intense shadows around my muscles. Tricks of the trade... it's ALL about the lighting!
Work out tips... Drop sets! Start with your bench press at a high weight I do 90lb. dumbells. I do a set of about 4-8 to start (do as many as you can at the highest weight). Then i drop those and pick up 80's immediately then i go to 70's and finally to 50's. I do dropsets for every chest excersise. I'll list my regimen below.
Chest Excercise/Tricep exercises
1 set for each weight level ...i go until exhaustian
Horizontal dumbell press
90lbs - 4-8
80lbs - 5-10
70lbs - 6-12
50lbs - 8-15
Incline dumbell press
90lbs - 4-8
80lbs - 5-10
70lbs - 6-12
50lbs - 8-15
Decline dumbell press
90lbs - 4-8
80lbs - 5-10
70lbs - 6-12
50lbs - 8-15
Tricep skull crushers
100lbs - 4-8
90lbs - 5-10
80lbs - 6-12
70lbs - 8-15
Tricep pull overs
130lbs - 4-8
120lbs - 5-10
100lbs - 6-12
80lbs - 8-15
If you want me to email you my entire workout i will be happy to.

Yeah.. sometimes you don't really know if you look the way you feel or feel the way you look. Sometimes i look in the mirror and feel ugly and other times i feel great about myself.....
Stupid American society and their emphasis on phtsical beauty. LOL

That's interesting to think about.. I've thought about it before, but I've never heard it put into words. I feel the same way sometimes
