This is actually really good! A couple tips are simply using references and using colors other than black and white for shading and highlighting. Besides these small things, the piece is well done, especially the clothes which can be quite hard to do, however, you managed to do them quite well!

I especially like how the shading looks. Β You have a very good understanding of how lighting works!
The muted tones come out with the shading, but with the yellow light the colors all come together.

I love the shading on the left side a lot, especially on the suit jacket, however, I feel like the right side's highlights feel really strong and unnatural.
