The weekend I heard of Iwata's death was the first time I touched a WiiU. I spent the entire weekend just playing; Splatoon, Hyrule Warriors, Super Smash Bros... I feel like that would've been the kind of honoring Iwata would have wanted.

Thank you, Iwata, for everything you did - for Nintendo, for HAL Laboratories, for us. You won't be forgotten.

(PS: I'm convinced the rainbow appearing over Nintendo HQ in Kyoto the day after Iwata's death was his final goodbye and reassurance that everything will be okay. We understand, Iwata. We understand.)
