its a hooty bird!this is my end of a trade with ~Karthix She requested an owl so I vectored a barn owl flying over a lunar eclipse. I love barn owls they are so mysterious looking. I hope you like it ~Karthix

I used adobe illustrator to create this one. It was one of my earlier pieces while I was learning how to use illustrator. Thank you for your nice comments =3

it takes a lot of getting use to. I use to absolutely hate that program with every fiber of my being but, I got a job that required extensive use of it. After that I got over my phobia of illustrator and it became one of my favorite media

welcome and please do! Half of illustrator is finding photo references or handrawn images to trace and stylize on illustrator. The owl itself was taken from a photo and stylized as I drew it. The background was purely me playing around with shapes.

ummmmm...I haven't done any kind of paint. I have used ink wash but never any acrylic,water colors or oil paints
