Here’s my concept of John Marston at age 17-19 ish (take your pick) when he started running with Dutch’s gang. I based him more off of 19 year old Jack Marston, since, like father like son, they’d probably look alike at the same age. I removed some of his scars and facial hair, trimmed his hair a bit, dressed him a bit less like his future gunslinger self and more “normal”, while retaining a few of his accesories, like his knife, bag, hat and belt. I also tried to make him look a bit less depressed/weary than his older self, and maybe a little misichievous and “look at me I’m a gunslinger woohoo!” type look.
