I've done my nails like this
before, but I used a big plastic
container of water and a
rainbow of colours. It turned
out really cool and RAINBOWY!!!!

You should let your nails dry for at least 30 minutes before putting them in the water. I always allow an hour, though.

Ah, i like this. You use cold water? Oh BTW, if you swirl a little bit of cotton from a Q-tip or cotton ball on the tip of a toothpick, you can get the nail polish of the cuticles and the corners of your nails. Nice job though!
