okay so i learned how to do this kick-ass nail design and everyone kept asking me how i do it.MY FIRST -good- TUTORIAL
i feel like ive made one before
but it wasnt very helpful
or good.

quick question, do you let the blue dry before dipping your nails in the water or do you do it when the blue nail varnish is wet??

You should let your nails dry for at least 30 minutes before putting them in the water. I always allow an hour, though.

do you think this would work if i used light blue as the first coat, and then hot pink as the swirl?

Ah, i like this. You use cold water? Oh BTW, if you swirl a little bit of cotton from a Q-tip or cotton ball on the tip of a toothpick, you can get the nail polish of the cuticles and the corners of your nails. Nice job though!
