Oh yeah, I had my hair really short once.... Then I heard some girls talking about how me and my brother were "such cute boys". Decided to grow my hair out after that.

(I know this is old, but I couldn't resist) you think it's bad being mistaken for a guy with short hair, I've been called "sir" by a life guard, while wearing a bikini, with long hair tied in a braid... he saw me from behind. (My self-confidence died that day.)

Yeah, that's always a joy. I want to get it cut again, though. It's such a lovely feeling, washing it in a minute, never having to brush it. Maybe just throw in a hairclip, so I'm never called a "cute boy" again.

I suppose so. But the first time I cut my hair it was in a sort of rebellion against my older brother who was being a chauvinistic pig. It was so relieving. He's gone to university now, so I don't have to worry about him.
