Well, I can honestly say that I am very proud, considering that I didn't have a whole lot of time to work on this (i've been really busy between school, homework, chores, and making sure my pregnant cat is doing okay) and because I've never played Okami and barerly have even heard about it. But the game sounds awesome and 'm tempted o get t
even though I don't have a Wii... So anyways, more about the actual picture:I've never played Okami, I don't know anything really about the game, so my picture is from an Outsider's point of view. I think it makes it more interesting because we may interpret the game, story, pictures, or anything else different than someone who plays it.
My contest entry is a picture of Amaterasu (I believe that's how its spelled? ) walking through water and howling, while the flower petals fall from the trees. In the water you can see a reflection of what I would think her dark side would look like.
Time: 2- 5 hours total (I lost count, but I started and finished within one day.)

I whould have made the highlights on amaterasu's reflection green as it is the abcent of red between blue and yellow.

I like this, it's cool to see it in an outsiders perspective. To me, this makes like no sence lol, in terms of the story of the game since i've played it, and loved it, I recomend you buy it, it's out for other sytems besides Wii, I got it for ps2 personly.

Cool concept. You should probably come up with a little story for Shadow Ammy, it would probably make the picture better.

I would love to come up with a story, but I don't really know anything about Ammy or the game, so I wouldn't know how to tie my picture into it.

oh woah ^^ i love the style and the colroing is amaizng too i like the way you did the reflection almost like a side swap a dark okami :3. I think mabye ripples in the water ? would of made it a little more cool but i love it the way it is it has that peacful clam feeling

That is so AWESOME!~ I wish I could actually use photoshop but my !@#$ing computer crashes almost every freaking day. One time I downloaded a free demo thing and my computer crashed and wiped EVERYTHING of of it. So everything I had saved on my computer was lost. No photoshop for me. ;.;
