Thank you so much, Ricardo.  These are the real deal for me.  I love British wild flowers and these in particular.  I was lucky to find two straggly flowers in pots in a school summer fete, years ago, and I encouraged them to proliferate in the garden.  They are now everywhere!

That's very true, especially all kinds of Bumble Bees and from very early spring.  This looks as if it might be a solitary bee?  It was all over them, even the petals.  S/he couldn't get enough of them!

The worker bees are females in all species. I love watching them eat. They have really long tongues. Fast food for bees...
