For my dear friend, Mint.I drew it in her note book, to remind her i'll be there for her forever.

The whole picture is pretty and this would definitely brights up your friend's day everytime she flips to this page. Not bad
There is one thing I always notice about bishie artists like you is that you tend to cover one eye with a lock of hair to save time and effort on the face anatomy. It's better to always draw a full face without any hair covering one side of the face or an eyepatch covering one eye. You can't learn much by showing the handicapped side of your character. Keep it up
