For your first attempt, I'd say you did a bombshell of a job! How her that red glow illuminates her face, it makes her eyes look almost as red as the gem, and it creates that dream-like glow spot on! But the reason why I favorited this was because of that heart around the gem thing you did there! BEAUTIFUL AND CREATIVE! A heart symbolizes love, but the way her eyes are, and that gem, no, that gem is  symbol of your lust feeding her power, turning your lust against you and making you her slave. Your lust for is her weapon, and it never fails. Disguised as love, the chink in the armor that most humans cannot counter well enough to be unaffected. So, if she asked you "Do you love me? Do you lust for me?" Ha! You're already doomed. Doom. Love. Lust, her weapon, your doom.
