2nd entry (main entry?) oh gosh i hope you dont mind more than 1 entry D:

dragon fruit is actually pretty good omg just finished eating one too <:

Soo I was going to draw a flower in the back but I'm always afraid to do backgrounds lol especially with water colours. I wreck a lot of paintings when i do pfft so i did the little background digitally and edited the scanned picture a bit

as I keep at looking at it, I'm starting to get a lot more attached to the design omg, also messed up the markings on it's back a little D: accidentally used the wrong colour
I'd think maybe he/she'd be the size of a chihuahua? maybe smaller?? vuv idk around the size of a pretty tiny dog.

for a backstory, i'm not too sure, i need to consult Crayorable <:. maybe he/she just popped out of a dragon fruit one day and began to start sipping them nectars lol he/she is aggressive at other bees/butterflies/hummingbirds and fights for patches of sweet flowers as territory for his feeding grounds (does that even make sense omg). he/she's got a venomous tongue and swats at competition xD (also eats insects then i guess? maybe just the small ones that can fit into his mouth lol) and he has this cute high pitched croaking noise to scare off predators (and also swats at them with his/her tongue too haha)

-he/she sometimes bends flowers down to sip the nectar, so he/she may leave a path of bent flowers
-is actually pretty heavy
-slow-moving fellow vuv
-kinda like an iguana???
