I have accompanied a friend of mine to a training day, Muay Thai.. kinda rough but I like it. I see you kinda have a similar neck pose?! as he used to have..
is this a special requirement, the head to be so uhm.. lowered in front, and mostly why!? isn`t it uncomfortable ?
ps: and I didn`t ask the friend since I thought @ that time that he had a silly/wrong pose

well I dunno how much you know about the human body, but the spine is in a soft S shape so that in the event of an impact, it can better absorb the damage...and also helps spread out stress caused during rest. Also, Muay Thai...unlike traditional boxing has a much greater range at which a person can be hit. It could instantly cripple an unprepared person to take a shot with their head level with their shoulders
